A one-truck owner books when something breaks. A fleet cannot run that way: every unscheduled failure costs a load, a driver's day and usually a customer's appointment window. Fleet preventive maintenance exists to move that cost from surprise to calendar.

We run scheduled PM for fleets across the South Sound — at our Tacoma shop, or on your yard with the service truck, which for most fleets is the arrangement that actually works. Several units in one visit costs less per truck than one emergency call.

What a PM visit covers

• Brakes and air — lining, drums, stroke, chambers, slack adjusters, lines, dryers. Most out-of-service findings live here.
• Tires and wheel ends — depth, pressure, damage, seals, hub temps.
• Engine service — oil and filters, coolant, belts, hoses, air and fuel filters, plus a scan for stored codes so a fault is found before it becomes a derate on the road.
• Aftertreatment — DPF, DEF and SCR condition and regen history, which is where most low-mileage local fleets lose trucks.
• Lighting, electrical and trailer connections — the cheapest failures to fix and the most common reason a driver is held at a gate.
• Suspension, steering and driveline, and annual DOT inspections booked as a block rather than one panicked truck at a time.

What a fleet account gets that a walk-in does not

One number to call, a schedule built around your routes rather than our diary, a record per unit so nobody is guessing what was done last time, and an honest list of what is coming due rather than a surprise at inspection. Trailers, chassis and yard equipment are included — they fail as often as tractors and get looked at far less.

Do you service fleets at our yard?

Yes, and for anything over a couple of trucks it is the sensible arrangement. Nights and weekends work too — the trucks are not earning then anyway.
